§ 1.
1. The chalet is being rented by nights.
2. Check-in time is 16:00; check-out time is 11:00 the following day.
3. Accommodation fee is collected on arrival up-front.
§ 2.
1. Registered guests are not allowed to further rent the cottage to third parties.
2. Unregistered guests may remain within the cottage premises not later than 22:00.
3. Receiving unregistered guests within the cottage premises after 22:00 will automatically result in accepting all extra costs resulting from the fact, in accordance with price list relevant for a given period of time.
4. The chalet reserves a right to refuse a guest who during his previous stay grossly violated the above and below rules.
§ 3.
1. In case of cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable. Shall the cancellation be made more than 14 days before planned arrival day, the advance payment can be used for further reservations.
2. No-show on planned arrival day, without any prior contact, results in reservation cancellation, the advance payment shall remain non-refundable in such a case.
3. In case of departure/check-out earlier than originally booked, the payment for unused nights shall remain non-refundable.
§ 4.
1. The chalet cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of property of guests deposited in the chalet during their stay (according to article 846-849 of Polish Civil Law).
2. Parking lots made available to guests are free and unsecured. The chalet cannot be held responsible for any damage to any vehicles due to acts of vandalism or force majeure (such as snow fall, rain, wind, including fen wind, hail, etc.).
§ 5.
1. On arrival the guests shall be met by the chalet owner, who shall provide them with the chalet key. On departure, the owner shall inspect the chalet in the presence of the guest/s, each and every room in order to identify potential damage. In case of key loss, a fee of 500 PLN shall be charged (cost of new lock purchase and exchange) that shall be payable cash only.
2. Chalet guests shall be held responsible for any damage to chalet property as a result of mal use and ill will. The basis for compensation shall be a separate price list available from the chalet owner on request.
3. The chalet will be cleaned and serviced only after guests’ departure; otherwise the service shall be made available on request at extra charge.
§ 6.
1. Night silence applies between 22:00 and 7:00 the following day.
2. The guests are obliged to take care of chalet furnishings, cleanliness, and waste segregation (plastic, paper, glass, metal). Taking care of our environment we kindly ask our guest to rationally manage water and electricity supplies.
3. We kindly ask our guests not to use outdoor shoes and boots inside the chalet, as to prevent wooden floorings from damage.
4. For your own safety, make sure that all electric devices and lights have been switched off, water taps turned off, windows and doors closed before leaving.
5. It is not allowed to:
- bring skis into the rooms, nor walk inside in ski boots
- bring pets inside the chalet.
Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet.
Due to fire hazard, it is not allowed to use heaters, irons, candles or any other devices not being part of the chalet furnishings.
6. Shall smoking or open fire be detected within the chalet, a fee of 500 PLN applies (payable cash only).
§ 7.
1. Not complying with the above rules and regulations may result in termination of the stay with immediate effect.
2. The guests are obliged to get acquainted with the above rules and regulations.
3. Ignorance of the regulations does not release from the obligation to comply with those.
